Email a real person, or find your answer below. Encodr is made by a very small team, so your message goes straight to someone who can actually fix it.
Bug reports, account trouble, a deck that looks wrong, a class you want us to build, or anything else at all.
support@encodr.appWe usually reply within a day or two. There is no phone line and no chatbot - every email is read by a person.
Open the Books tab and pick any curated class or mini course - one tap and it's yours, no setup. Or make your own deck from the Home tab: type a question, type the answer, done.
Use the add-deck flow and enter the code you were given. The deck lands in your own library and studies exactly like anything else you've made.
Yes. Your cards and your progress live on your device, so the whole app works with no connection at all. Everything syncs privately across your own devices once you're back online.
Encodr uses spaced repetition (FSRS). Cards you find hard come back sooner; cards you know come back right before you'd forget them. You never have to decide what to review.
Open a class, tap the gear, and set Daily limits. New cards and reviews are capped separately, so you can slow down new material without falling behind on what you've already learned. Leave a field blank for no limit.
A card you're partway through learning is never held back by a limit - you always get to finish what you started.
The streak only counts a day where you actually studied, which is the point of it. If you studied and it still looks wrong, email us with the date and we'll look at your account.
Yes. Connect your AI assistant from the You tab and hand it a syllabus or your notes - it writes the cards, organizes them into units and chapters, and puts the class in your account. It can also read your progress and drill what you keep missing.
You can disconnect an assistant at any time from that same screen.
Yes, as long as you're signed in to the same account on both. If something looks out of date, open the app with a connection for a moment and let it sync.
Encodr is free. There's no trial, no paywall on the curated classes, and no ads.
Flag the card in the app, or email us the class and the card and we'll fix it. Curated classes are written against real sources and carry a bibliography, so if a card is wrong we want to know.
Open the You tab and choose Delete account. It removes your account and your study data. If you'd rather we did it, email us from the address on the account.
Your email and your study progress, plus basic usage counts on the web app. No ads, never sold. The full detail is in the privacy policy.
